Becoming Her 4 Real Coaching Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Becoming Her 4 Real. By accessing this website, booking, purchasing or participating in any coaching service, programme, membership or digital offering provided by Becoming Her 4 Real, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Coaching Services

Becoming Her 4 Real offers premium coaching and personal development services designed to support women in strengthening their confidence, rebuilding self-worth, embracing sobriety, cultivating emotional resilience and creating meaningful, lasting change.

Coaching services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Private 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Voice note support (where included)

  • WhatsApp messaging support (where included)

  • Accountability check-ins

  • Goal setting and strategic planning

  • Reflection exercises

  • Personal development resources and guidance

Coaching is a collaborative partnership. Every client brings different experiences, goals and levels of commitment, therefore individual results will naturally vary.

2. Coaching Is Not Therapy

Becoming Her 4 Real is a coaching and personal development service. It is not a counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatric, medical or crisis intervention service.

Whilst Rebecca White holds recognised coaching qualifications and additional therapeutic training, all coaching is provided solely within the scope of coaching and personal development.

Nothing provided through coaching sessions, programmes, workshops, digital resources, emails, social media or this website should be interpreted as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice.

If you are experiencing significant mental health concerns or require medical care, you should seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

3. Age Requirement

Coaching services are available exclusively to individuals aged 18 years and over.

By purchasing or participating in any Becoming Her 4 Real service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Client Responsibility

Coaching is designed to empower, challenge and support you throughout your personal development journey.

You acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, behaviours and wellbeing before, during and after the coaching process.

Whilst every effort is made to provide exceptional support and guidance, Becoming Her 4 Real cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including personal transformation, emotional healing, financial success, business growth or relationship results.

Your progress will always be influenced by your own commitment, consistency and willingness to take action.

5. Payments

All coaching services must be paid for in advance unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Coaching services will commence only once payment has been received and any required onboarding documentation has been completed.

Where payment plans are available, instalments must be paid on the agreed dates.

Failure to maintain scheduled payments may result in coaching services being paused or withdrawn until the account has been brought up to date.

6. Memberships & Ongoing Coaching

Where coaching is provided through an ongoing membership or subscription, you may cancel your membership at any time in accordance with your selected package.

Access to coaching and associated support will continue until the end of your current paid period unless otherwise stated.

Becoming Her 4 Real reserves the right to decline future enrolment where repeated cancellations, persistent non-attendance or breaches of these Terms & Conditions have occurred.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is requested wherever possible.

Sessions missed without sufficient notice may be forfeited.

Repeated cancellations or failure to attend scheduled sessions may result in coaching being discontinued at the discretion of Becoming Her 4 Real.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services and the reservation of dedicated time, all coaching purchases are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued in the event of:

  • Change of mind

  • Missed appointments

  • Failure to engage with coaching

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Early cancellation

  • Lack of participation

  • Dissatisfaction where coaching has been delivered as described

By securing your coaching space, you acknowledge that time, preparation and availability have been reserved exclusively for you.

9. Communication Boundaries

Support is provided in accordance with the level of communication included within your coaching package.

Reasonable response times apply during normal business hours.

Unless expressly stated, coaching does not include unlimited access to the Coach.

To maintain a safe, respectful and professional coaching environment, Becoming Her 4 Real reserves the right to suspend or terminate communication where behaviour is abusive, threatening, manipulative or otherwise inappropriate.

10. Confidentiality

Creating a safe, respectful and confidential coaching environment is a fundamental part of the coaching relationship.

All personal information and coaching discussions will remain confidential unless:

  • Disclosure is required by law.

  • There is a safeguarding concern involving a serious risk of harm.

  • Illegal activity is disclosed.

  • Written consent has been provided by the client.

Clients are equally expected to respect the privacy of Rebecca White, Becoming Her 4 Real, all coaching materials and any participants within shared coaching environments.

Private coaching conversations, recordings, screenshots and programme materials must not be copied, shared or distributed without prior written permission.

11. Intellectual Property

All coaching frameworks, workbooks, digital resources, exercises, recordings, voice notes, written materials, programme content and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Becoming Her 4 Real.

These materials are provided solely for your personal use and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, resold or shared in any format without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Becoming Her 4 Real accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage or claim arising from participation in coaching services or the implementation of coaching guidance.

Participation in coaching is entirely voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for your own choices, actions and outcomes.

13. Website & Digital Content

The information, resources and content published on the Becoming Her 4 Real website are provided in good faith for educational and personal development purposes.

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure all information is accurate and up to date, Becoming Her 4 Real makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy or reliability of any website content.

Website content may be amended, updated or removed at any time without prior notice.

14. Changes to These Terms

Becoming Her 4 Real reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements or business operations.

The most current version will always be published on this website. Continued use of the website or participation in Becoming Her 4 Real services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms & Conditions.
