My Story

For a long time, I looked like I had everything under control.

I smiled, I carried on, and I convinced myself I was coping.

But underneath it all, I was exhausted.

I was living in survival mode, constantly overthinking, questioning myself, and putting everyone else's needs before my own. I had lost sight of who I was. I didn't trust myself, my confidence had disappeared, and I couldn't recognise the woman staring back at me in the mirror.

Like many of the women I now work with, I've experienced trauma, heartbreak, loss, anxiety, and the kind of emotional exhaustion that leaves you feeling disconnected from yourself.

I know what it's like to keep going because you don't know how to stop.

To tell people you're fine when you're anything but.

To settle for less than you deserve because somewhere along the way, you forgot your own worth.

Everything changed on 23rd June 2023 when I chose sobriety.

That decision wasn't simply about giving up alcohol. It was about choosing myself.

For the first time in a very long time, I stopped running from myself and started rebuilding the woman I wanted to become.

I realised alcohol had never been the real problem. It had become a way of coping with everything I hadn't yet healed.

The journey that followed challenged me in ways I never expected.

I had to face uncomfortable emotions instead of numbing them.

I had to rebuild my confidence from the ground up.

I had to learn healthy boundaries, trust myself again, and let go of the beliefs that had kept me small for so many years.

Healing wasn't quick, and it certainly wasn't perfect.

But little by little, I stopped surviving and started living.

I became more confident in who I was.

I stopped apologising for taking up space.

I learned that my worth wasn't something I had to earn.

Most importantly, I discovered that real transformation happens when you stop waiting for someone else to save you and decide to choose yourself instead.

That journey is why I became a coach.

Today, I help women who feel lost, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves find their way back home.

Women who are tired of people-pleasing, second-guessing every decision, and carrying the weight of everyone else's expectations.

Women who know they're meant for more but don't know where to begin.

My coaching is built on both professional training and lived experience.

I've walked through trauma, rebuilt my confidence, chosen sobriety, and done the inner work to create a life that finally feels like my own. I don't coach from theory alone. I coach from experience, compassion, and the unwavering belief that lasting change is possible.

Whether you're rebuilding your confidence, healing from your past, navigating sobriety, strengthening your boundaries, or simply trying to find yourself again, you don't have to do it alone.

My role is to walk beside you, challenge you when you need it, support you when life feels heavy, and help you become the woman you've always been beneath the self-doubt.

Because coaching isn't about fixing you.

You were never broken.

It's about helping you reconnect with yourself, trust your own voice, and create a life that reflects your worth rather than your wounds.

If you're ready to stop surviving and start becoming the woman you know you're capable of being, I'd be honoured to walk that journey with you.
